Dear Parents and Guardians:

Let’s Go Explore Educational Tours  is pleased to announce our 2019 tour to Washington D.C./NYC.  Students and adult chaperones will depart from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Saturday, April 4, 2020 and will return to LAX Airport on Friday, April 11, 2020 (These dates are tentative and might change to Friday). The tour will be lead by experienced guides and drivers and by Mr. Saindon and Mr. Zoeller.  This tour includes all meals, transportation, lodging, admissions to historical sites, guide fees, escort services, evening activities, hotel/restaurant taxes and gratuities. Airport luggage fees will need to be paid by the travel participant at the airport.  In addition, private security officers will be hired to provide nightly patrol for hotel stays.  Please hit the Itinerary tab at the top of the page and review the many attractions and features offered by Let's Go Explore/Educational Tours.

 

  • Let’s Go Explore/Educational Tours will provide roundtrip motor coach transportation to and from FMS to LAX and LAX to Bakersfield 

  • Round -trip airfare

  • All Meals

  • Tour Guides/Drivers

  • Hotel accommodations will be based on quadruple occupancy for students, and double occupancy for adults

  • Transportation will be aboard a deluxe motor coach service, air conditioned with lavatory facilities

  • Admissions to sites and attractions

  • The guides, bus company and Let’s Go Explore / Educational Tours maintains liability insurance as required by N.T.A.  

  • This is a private tour and operates independently of the Rosedale School District and is conducted by Let's Go Explore/Educational Tours 

  • You have the option of buying an Individual Trip-Insurance/Cancellation-Insurance policy through TravelSafe. Read them carefully and call TravelSafe if you have any questions. Hit the "Travel Insurance" tab at the top of the page to review the student group travel protection plan and choose the one you want and include in your first payment.  You have 5 days from your first payment to pay insurance premium.

 

The cost for this all-inclusive tour, including airfare, hotels, transportation, meals, site admissions, Broadway show,  guides, tips and gratuities.  Airline luggage fee of $30 (each way - Total $60) to be paid by travel participant at airport:

                                                 $2,625 per student traveler

                                                                   and

                                                 $2,792 per adult traveler 

TravelSafe Insurance Policy Option must me added within 5 days of signing up and making deposit:

August 19, 2019. You can pay on-line or pay by cash or check/money order (checks payable to: 

Let’s Go Explore)  and turn into Mr. Saindon or Mr. Zoeller or the Front Office for receipt.

 Final Payment of $240 is due on February 17, 2020

    * Adult traveler will need to add $167

Start of the School Year: Regular Student Payment Schedule

    $375 ($200 is non-refundable) is due on August 19, 2019

Optional:  If you choose to Travel Insurance option (see Travel Insurance tab), then Insurance Premium needs to be added on top of your deposit

    Second Payment of $375 is due on September 16, 2019

    Third Payment of $375 is due on October 21, 2019

    Fourth Payment of $375 is due on November 18, 2019

    Fifth Payment of $375 is due on December 16,  2019

    Sixth Payment of $375 is due on January 20, 2020

    Final Payment of $375 or balance is due on February 17, 2020

    Adult traveler will need to add $167

First Come First Serve (pending acceptance) - This Trip will Fill Up!!!

Each student who has registered will be evaluated and screened at the start of the school year.  If by chance the student has registered and does not pass the screening evaluation - there will be a full refund of deposit and any payments made.

This trip will fill up!

In the event this trip fills up you will be placed on a waiting list.  You will be notified if a seat opens up.  Be sure to continue making payments.  If a place does not open up, ALL (100%) of you money (including Insurance premium) will be returned.

Trip Cancellation Policy (Please Read This Carfully)

The Trip Cancellation Policy can be purchased and will cover the majority of the cost of the tour minus the premium - if a legitimate medical issue arises verified by a physician.  Please include the cost of the insurance in your your first official payment. This is an expensive tour and so trip-insurance is highly recommended.  Please call TravelSafe or Mr. Saindon if you have any questions.

The following cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to: Cancellations dated prior to December 16, 2019,  forfeit $200 deposit, plus any non-refundable deposits made for airfare, hotels, sites, restaurants, etc.  Cancellations after December 15, 2019 will be subject to additional expenses incurred.

 

 THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE TRIP DEPARTURE DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS AS EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID 45 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Trip Insurance is a good option to cut down on loss of payments made.

 

There will be a $30.00 fee for checks returned for any reason.

 

Items left behind at the hotels or motor coaches is not the responsibility of the tour company or tour director which includes Mr. Saindon.

 

*The tour cost DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRPORT LUGGAGE FEES. THE FEE FOR THE FIRST BAG IS $30.00 EACH WAY FOR EACH BAG CHECKED. THESE FEES ARE TO BE PAID FOR BY EACH PARTICIPANT.
